Summary
Kodoku is an ancient japanese black magic curse which involves trapping various insects in a jar and making them fight and eat each other till only one, the deadliest remains.
Big Mama's Battle Nexus faces not so great times lately. In order to draw back her crowd she decides to offer a new kind of show. One that might be more brutal than the previous ones. How lucky she struck a deal with Baron Draxum in the past and got her spidery legs on some custom mutagen.
Now she's up to no good when she starts to mutate random insects, much to our turtle heroes' annoyance.
But wait, when did Leo end up tangled in the evil spider lady’s web?OR Big Mama captures Leo and the poor turtle's life takes a turn for the worse when he finds himself, cursed, mutated and fighting for his life. (Not necessary in that order.)

Summary
Ren enjoys his life in Haltvale. It is a quiet, happy little town sheltered in a valley between the mountains, filled with friendly people and a strong community. Haltvale is all that is left of a terrible war, one that left its people and landscape scarred, and filled with the fear of monsters in the woods - and Ren is one of those monsters. Together with Gem and Doc, they keep their secrets hidden, magic bound in ribbon and sheltered from the paranoia of their neighbors. But a new creature has begun stalking the valley, and the Baron's men are clinging to Haltvale like vultures; vex, assassins, and monster hunters, keen to track it down and rid the valley of its menace, and any other monsters they happen to find along the way.
