    Things have become more complicated since Scott McCall started calling the shots, and his goal to save everyone isn't saving Chris any headaches.

    It's admirable, but Chris can't help but think that some people can't be saved.

    That maybe Peter Hale didn't deserve to be saved.

However, when a full moon comes, he feels strong enough to leave the hospital. In the forest, Peter somehow manages to shift into an actual wolf. Since the wolf is strong and has no scars, Peter sees no point in trying to change back.
