Summary
Mike is always getting in situations when it comes to Will, they’re best friends, it’s a given. Their latest of “situations” being his idea for them to watch porn together, they were designated by the party to pick a movie, and when Mike was browsing the isle, he stumbled apon the “Adult” section, the idea sort of…snowballed. At first Will doesn’t think it’s a good idea to, he’s sure he won’t like it, that is until Mike asks him to pick something he might like, it convinces him. Later that night they watch it together, Mike is prepared for what they are going to watch, he knows it’s gay porn, he does not however, expect to be affected by it in the slightest, to his surprise, it affects him more than he expects…
“I don’t know Mike, I don’t understand.”
“I don’t understand it myself, Will.”
“What’s that supposed to mean?”
Something in Will’s eyes softens and Mike’s heart does a gentle flip in his chest, he doesn’t quite understand why.
“I don’t know, I didn’t mind it like at all”
“You didn’t? You’re sure?” Will asks.
“I didn’t, I found it interesting.

Summary
“So,” Will prompts, when Mike still doesn’t offer up any information on the mysterious stack of papers tucked under his arm. “Are you having a party?”
“Oh, no,” Mike says, sounding like it might be the first time ever in his life that he is genuinely disappointed about this fact. He shifts and grabs the stack of flyers, sort of waving them through the air. “These are just for this game I play?” The inflection on the end of what should be a statement makes it sound more like a hesitant question.
“And in this one, you act like you’re… vampires?”
Or: To get out of the sexual rut he’s stuck in, Popular!Will gets dared to ask out Nerd!Mike and ends up attending a Vampire the Masquerade LARP where they proceed to put the ‘role-play’ into ‘live action role-play.’

Will stirred sleepily to the sound of voices and a heavy weight beside him.
“Whazup?” he mumbled, lifting his head off the pillow and blinking in the darkness.
“Shhh, it’s fine,” replied Mike’s soft voice, breaking through the stillness that had followed Will’s muffled question, “I’ve got this one. You can go back to sleep.”
Mike and Will take turns staying up with Holly, who has begun to have nightmares about the monsters in Hawkins. Things take a curiously domestic turn.
