Alastor groans- or maybe that's just Lucifer rutting into the mattress. He can't tell. He can’t tell anything because Vox is getting eaten out live on the air and he's supposed to act like that's normal.
Think, Luci.
The average sinner is horny to a frankly absurd degree. Vox knows how to turn a profit. Hell itself will freeze over before the radio demon ever dips his hooves into audio erotica.
Therefore, he's not supposed to be listening to… this. A scene gone wrong, someone's magic going berserk, an accident.
So like the sensible adult he is, Lucifer steels his nerves and turns off the radio.
It keeps playing.

“I… I used to,” Evil Jax confesses. His voice is a little steadier now, yet he fidgets with his hands even more than usual. “But that was a really long time ago. I don’t like talking about it- but I can if you want me to!”
He looks like her. Obviously.
But he looks like her, in a way Lilly thinks she’s always known but didn’t want to think too hard about. Maybe that’s why she hated him so much.

He’s considered, more than once, that she must be hypnotizing him. Perhaps slipping love potion into his food when he hasn’t been looking. It would explain a lot; would let the fire lick his bones and protests grind to sand in his throat while keeping his pride intact.
If she is, she’s done a good job of covering her tracks. “I’m waiting.”

Other than that, it’s more of the same. She wears dresses around the tower at times, but refuses to go out in public in one. Velvette only pushes a little bit. No one in Hell treats her any differently except Alastor, but it’s fucking Alastor, so he doesn’t count. Val doesn’t treat her any differently, either.
That’s the problem, he’s decided.

“What is the meaning of this, Vincent?” Alastor said with a scowl as he entered the cabin (which Vincent had unfortunately begun calling their cabin as of late).
White flower petals were strewn all over the floor and instead of the typical summoning ritual ingredients, there were now candles and lace doilies atop Alastor’s altar. Vincent was standing in front of the altar, wearing one of his evening party suits and clearly hiding something behind his back.
(aka: vincent attempts to give alastor a wedding ceremony. alastor agrees to it, but he also has religious trauma flashbacks.)

Summary
The world where there wasn't a brain scan, where humans were dragged into a computer against their will... it's not a world with happy endings. And when the humans are ejected from the Circus, missing one of their own, they don't just get to go back to their lives. There's hospitals, and police, and desperately trying to be believed, followed by just as desperately trying to be left alone. But the one thing they have is each other. They have each other and that's never going to change.
TADC AU – Non-SOMA, Escape the Circus. Everyone is insanely codependent and the way they got out was so traumatizing they can barely talk about it. Pomni tries her best to hold everyone together, while also getting re-used to a life outside, and wondering which world was actually better.
