Summary
Bucky and Zemo have been living peacefully in Riga for some time, when a stranger approaches them at an afterparty, recognizing Bucky. He becomes interested in the dangerous work they're doing on the side, and is unfazed by its unsavory requirements. It seems he has some experience in that area, so Zemo formulates a plan in which they can work together, and find what they're looking for.
