Summary
Having left the entire Village of Fowl Devotees, including Count Olaf and Esmé Squalor, stranded on a dock in flames, the Quagmires could do nothing but drive forwards into the night. As long as the Baudelaires were safe - and they finally were - the triplets were able to press on. However, treachery lurked around every road bend...especially the one leading them to Heimlich Hospital.

Summary
After their parents perish in a terrible fire (which means were killed), the Quagmire triplets are sent to live with the deplorable Count Olaf, who will stop at nothing to make their lives a misery and steal their sapphire fortune. Meanwhile, Klaus Baudelaire struggles to accept the death of his parents and older sister, while also having to raise his infant sister Sunny and deal with living in a miserable school.
It will be the start of a very long, very depressing and very difficult journey for these young children, and I suggest you look away. I wish I could.

For enrichment of the author purposes, this doesn't directly follow either book or tv canon, but some Frankenstein of the two. A lot (not all) of the major plot points and characters will be from the tv show, but a lot of setting and timeline details will be from the books. Basically I just picked and chose my favourites from each. To my knowledge, though, everything makes sense. Feel free to ask if it doesn't, though !!Series

Summary
The beach never really changes. The shoreline has, creeping closer to the temple across the centuries; the peninsula certainly has, with human settlements rising and falling and rising again. Even the temple changes, erosion and battle damage, the house they built and repaired and rebuilt. But the ocean is always the ocean, a steady rumble in the background, white lines of breakers bubbling up onto the sand without cease.
Pearl at three moments in her life: a hard one, a harder one, and one on the upswing. Written in response to Growing Pains, though not really about Steven.

Sunny Baudelaire had experienced a great deal of loss and torment by the age of two. Some would think that her young age would allow her to remain ignorant to the struggles she had faced but those that really knew her knew that she was just as aware as her siblings. Sunny may have been a toddler but even toddlers can know struggle.
