Summary
Kris and their soul had worked together to bring about the end of the world. They were the ones who had finally brought the roaring to fruition, and they were okay with that fact because that meant there was no one left in the world to compete for Berdly’s attention, no one else left to love him like they did, and he would be theirs and only theirs for all eternity, which sounded like the best ending to their story that there could be.
