Danny did something dumb. Like usual.
He didn't realize the artifact he messed with can turn him into a toddler and got him stuck in his ghost form.
Now all he can do is to find the artifact's counterpart to remedy this. Oh hey, good thing Gotham has that specific artifact for his situation. Better yet, Clockwork has an acquaintance to house him for a while.
