He had to do something about the way his heart felt like it might explode out of his chest when Suo spoke to him, the way his stomach tingled with the fluttering wings of butterflies at the thought his feelings might be reciprocated, the way the breath was often stolen from his lungs every time their eyes met.
He couldn’t keep dancing around Suo, wondering if there really was something there every time they exchanged words or glances, or if he was being too hopeful and had been imagining things all along.

Kisaki couldn’t accept not to be enough. Kisaki couldn’t accept that he simply wasn’t Hinata’s ideal type, it would be like admitting to have lost and his pride didn’t allow it. He had to take his anger out someone and he chose to direct it to the wrong people. He just realized it.
He loved Hinata to death and admired Hanagaki with equal passion, so where did he go wrong ? When exactly he allowed his life to become the mess it currently was ?
