“Shut the fuck up.” Gator leaned in closer; Eddie snapped his mouth shut. “You know what I think?” He asked but Eddie could tell he wasn’t really expecting an answer. “I think…you talk to fucking much.” He leaned in even more so that Eddie could feel his breath on his face. “And I think, we need to find a way…” his eyes flicked down to Eddie’s lips, “to really shut you up.”
Eddie swallowed hard. He assumed he was about to get the beating of his life but… what the fuck? Surely Gator didn’t mean… there is no way. He tried to open his mouth to speak but before he could try (not that anything would come out) Gator slapped his hand over his mouth. “I thought I said to shut up.” Eddie took deep breaths through his nose as he stared at Gator, trying to figure out what the fuck was going on. -

“Please.” Steve pleaded once more.
You grinned. “I think we can manage that. Don’t you think, Eds?”

“Steve…” Eddie moved in a little closer, finger unmoving, “I swear, if I hear you say one more word…about Amber McDale… I’ll give you something else for your mouth to do instead.”
