Thralldom compells one to serve and adhere to only the vampire who's blood they've consumed, making the vampire a part of themselves. In exchange, a thrall is greater than a human in all but will. The organization counters these downsides by ensuring the blood they give their operatives belongs to only vampires that are long gone.
This is the consequences of making a mistake.

Summary
Legundo had only been sitting at the nice cafe on the corner for roughly twenty minutes when it happened. He had been mid croissant bite when the cafe had suddenly gone into a hush and he had immediately looked around for the source.
He had not expected the source to be a supervillain leaning on the cafe counter. "This is a quaint place, isn't it?" Eternal mused as he scanned around the room before settling his gaze back on the cashier. While Legs had gotten used to seeing him on TV, it was another thing to see him in real life. The only thing that seemed out of place was his belt filled with weapons; which was likely the point.
Underneath all of that glamour, Eternal was a threat.
