    Soul form is gone for realzies
    Is mega scarred on his face. All the scars (burns, lightning, pockmarks, ect ect)
    (Initial “I’m human again” shapeshifting quirk def didn’t show this)
    Has permanent ears, tail, fangs, slit pupils (and maybe a more flexible nose but prob reading too much into that)
    Colour vision unaffected, but dark vision improved!
    Older sister (Ikari) is homeroom teach(?) and 386 (dad) is heroics teach
    Totally Unknown Hero Who Is Totally Not Hawks got fully "brought in" while he was gone
    Kuroboro pretending to be Kurogiri, everyones acting on edge, toga spinner magne and eri are avoiding hawks
    Aiz is pretending to be someone with the quirk "hellcat" and is their "quirk specialist"
    Moved in. Used public transport, hawks more than likely deduced Warpgate is down

    Shimura Tenko could never have envisioned his life going as it had. He was a pro hero, with a family (as weird as they were), mentors, and even a couple friends. It was all enough for him to (mostly) ignore his ever-present identity crisis. And sure, his quirk might possibly be driving him insane, but he's sure it's fine really.

    But then one night he wakes up in what he thought was a nightmare; he's greeted by his old Sensei, chased by a nomu, and captured by the villain Eraserhead. At first Tenko just assumed that it was another bad dream.

    Only it wasn't, and everything Tenko knows in his world is different here. In this world, he's the Villain Shigaraki Tomura. Now Tenko has to figure out how to survive in a world that loathes him, figure out why he's here in the first place, and, most importantly, figure out a way back home.

    In Short, Hero Shimura Tenko winds up in the canon (adjacent, because I tweaked some things for convenience) universe. Misadventures and angst ensue.

    Still got with afo, killd ppl, AM just found him after afo fight
    Has ofa. Is black and leaves false-scars after use. Also stronger decay
    On quirk suppressors that helped with “lets kill ppl” thoughts
    (Less effective pre travel, hasn’t talked about getting back on them with nezu n co)
    Implication ravel was organised by afo, maybe to get another ofa. Maybe a happy accident
    At UA now. Shigy is with touya(hero) todo and toga(in their care. Nat with fuyumi)
    Touya clicked it like immediately. No murder or running(yet)
    Aiz went cray, mic went with him. Now nomu like entity via trigger. Tenko was on case
    Touya and Shigy trying to find deku
    Tenko decayed the building that fell on oboro!!! and he’s just figuring this out (saw photo)
    Evil aiz presumably did earlier. Guessing with some afo interference

    Reveals that touya is dabi (casually. didn't think it was unknown) oof
    Got dna sample from Kurogiri via planting avidence Shigy has been kidnapped. Didn’t end with lov getting him surprisingly
    Also mic finds his oboro pic good god shit just keeps getting worse for him on an emotional level
    They figure out kuro=oboro. And then nomu attack. Convinces nezu he can help
    Ran after reaction of students seeing him covered in blood fuuuuuck
    League doesn’t know. Bargained with Garaki, build Lov up to get native Ofa. Kuro was there for convo
    Agrees to help and keep secret

    All Might told him to be realistic. Endeavor told him to be relentless.

    What started as spite becomes something else entirely when Izuku doesn't just survive UA's hero course—he thrives.

    Izuku isn't disruptive because he's quirkless. He's disruptive because he invalidates excuses. He demonstrates that heroism is about the work you do and the people beside you. Not the quirk you were born with.

    He becomes an unwilling symbol, and the world fights over what he represents. Inspiration. Threat. Evidence that the system works, or proof it's broken.

    And a system built on power cannot tolerate proof that it isn't necessary.

    Izuku just wants to help his friends become the best heroes they can be.

    It's very frustrating that the world keeps making it so difficult.

    Means he'll just have to work harder.

    Usj will be happening after hous
    I’m scared about dabi
    If the usj happened normally I’d suspect we just got a hint as to who would be kidnapped (Izuku via Dabi wanted “to talk” in the future)
    But it didn’t so ??? Maybe usj and the camp will be combined?
    Also no stain attack. Iida might feel guilty for searching with no payoff bc ppl died at hous?
    Dabi talk!!! Believes that endeavours redemption is real after that and Izuku clocked him so hard
    “Wasn’t his fault his ‘friend’ burned” hot damn
    Is in contact with Shigy rn tho
    Wont use izuku to spread his "fuck endeavour" video/message
    Mla, shigy, stain all are doing their own messages
    (Late) USJ happened :))) and dabi was not there. went pretty good. Endeavour is sus of truth detective and "yagi"
    Gets told everything, now involved in afo hunt. Not telling izu he’s a target at ua
    Artist’s quirk helps with art and is 100% grabbing info he doesnt know like izu saying “hold the line” to only Kiri or the images of the USJ
    Shinou (+support force field oc) pass test to get into hero course. he's in 1A :)
    Izu given impossible exam solo. Barely “loses” via timer but is prob gonna pass
    The class noticed. Nezu did not account for this
    Dabi and stain stalk him at the same time and talk
    And then Izuku talks to Dabi about revenge :)
