All in all, the escape from their alien kidnappers plan had been going off pretty well until the ship malfunctioned. Not Wei Wuxian’s fault, he promised. Just one of those fate is a bitch things. One moment he was snapping the neck of their second guard, the next the spaceship was crashing onto… a planet. A fucking cold planet, if the snow visible through a hole in the top side hull was any indication.
Yeah… so they were going to die.
“We’re going to die!” one of the girls moaned, her voice high and screechy and when Wen Qing suggested someone go and scout the land, see if they lucked out and landed in Canada or if there were any local aliens—friendly or otherwise—Wei Wuxian was glad to volunteer, just so he could get away from her screams.

“Let me try,” General Skywalker slowly took the place of the frustrated shiny that was having a go at coaxing the young Twi'lek out.
His General has never been a patient man, Rex thought absently as he prepared himself for the Jedi to call it quits and pass off extraction duty to some poor shiny.
A sharp sound shook Rex out of his thoughts. He focused on his General, who’s face softened despite the red flush creeping up his cheeks. He was speaking to the girl, Rex realized, in a language he had never heard before.
Anakin slowly brought the hand that was still resting inside the cave up and tapped his own chest twice.
“Skywalker,” Was all he said.
Any other time, Rex or Obi-Wan would give him a hard time about thinking he was so important that just his name would be enough to get this little girl out of the cave, but something was different. Something in the way that he said it, like it was a title more so than his last name, and in the way that the little girl gasped sharply from inside the cave.
