Aizawa had just finished up his patrol, and decided to stop by a nearby 24-hour cafe to get some coffee. Just as he entered the building, he threw all plans of a relaxing morning out of the window once he saw his #1 problem child at the register, dressed in a cashier attire.
"Midoriya?" Aizawa asked, tilting his head curiously. It was, what, 4:00am right now? Definitely not the time for a student to be working. Seriously, how is it possible for Midoriya to be such an excited ball of sunshine at school if he's up this early? "What are you doing here?"
Midoriya scoffed. "Doing my job, Aizawa-sensei."

Will froze on the spot, his eyes widening. Slowly, he let his eyes trail towards the door, that swung half-open. And that's when he saw.
Mike and Tyler in Tyler's room, fucking making out against a wall. Mike's arms were loosely draped around his shoulders, Tyler's hands were firmly gripping his waist as he pressed him into the wall. They were grinding down against each other, little, muffled moans escaping both of them.
What the actual fuck?
Or: Mike and Will have had an intense argument and their friendship is still tense. But now, they’re spending a week at a cabin in the woods with their friends. And the presence of one of Lucas’ new friends, Tyler, just makes everything more complicated.

It should have been no surprise when a guard burst into the Council Meeting and revealed that Hiccup had escaped the cell Stoick put him in...hours after the boy was revealed to have saddled a dragon.
Hiccup is gone, and so is the beast.
They search, but do not find him. Berk falls asleep one night and awakens in the Great Hall, where the torches come to life and cast an image of their isle on the wall, from which floats Hiccup's voice, years younger.
AKA, Hiccup forfeited the final challenge, leaving Astrid with the right to kill the Nightmare. Story picks up in the Race to the Edge era, except Berk never learned the truth of dragons, no one knows how Hiccup really lost his leg, and stories of a hooded 'vigilante' riding a Night Fury have been long whispered...and Berk will see it all unfold.

Summary
Mike was a very bouncy kid, typically full of energy and when he believed something he'd be stubborn about it. But he couldn't stop his anxiety of people from growing, whenever people were around his voice would get stuck in his throat. Which was why it was such a surprise during kindergarten when no one was able to have a conversation with Mike yet a boy named Will was somehow best friends with him.
Ted and Karen hated this part of their son, they punished and sent him to speech classes. And eventually Mike grew out of it.
The party was confused when Mike stopped talking after Will and Nancy both got hospitalized for violent reasons. The doctors were unsure when they'd wake up and while it wasn't unusual that something happened to them (especially Will) Mike was there watching it when it happened. He felt awfully guilty and his anxiety broke him to the point to revert back into mutism.
Or Will has to help reassure Mike that it wasn't his fault and subtly ease him into being verbal again.

"Dude, someone needs to talk to him" Dustin urged, when it was just him, Lucas, and Will, Mike would've been there if not for the increasing time spent in the bathroom in between classes. At this point Dustin was sure he was skipping classes all together.
Lucas quickly touched his nose, Dustin catching on quickest and being just a second behind Will who did it instinctively.
"Will.."
The boy in question sighed, it wasn't that he didn't want to talk to Mike, if anything they all knew Mike had a better chance of talking if it was with Will. But still, that didn't make this a fun or easy thing to do. It was a free period so Will and the others weren't worried that they'd miss a class, he decided now would be the best time. Might as well go find out what Mike's been spending so much time in the bathroom for.
Coughs that were failing to be hushed filled the room, as well as breaths that seemed painful to take. Only one stall was closed, and it had to have been Mike, without a doubt
