    Hua Cheng has lived a simple and unassuming life as Head Curator at the National Museum until one day he encounters a relic, a small red pearl, which shows him glimpses of a past life he does not recall. The fleeting images are haunting and distraught but sparks an interest within him to look into a fallen kingdom which has been long forgotten through the centuries.

    Xie Lian, on the other hand, is trying to do everything in his power to make sure the remnants of his kingdom stay buried.

Но чаще всего Се Лянь все же винил тот день, когда он сдался.

    Или: Се Ляня спасает из гроба Цзунь У, запирает в дворце и держит как пленника. Но Се Лянь в конце концов сбегает с помощью неизвестного союзника и оказывается в Призрачном городе, скрывая свое имя и внешность. Фанфик планируется как исследование восстановления после травмы. Будет много боли, но и хорошее тоже будет!
