He noticed his pack looking at him, and they didn’t seem as relieved as Stiles expected. In fact they were looking in his direction as if he had grown a second head or something.
“I don’t think you should look so surprised, I’ve been training a lot lately, okay?” He said indignantly, crossing his arms.
“Stiles, that’s not...” Scott said, half pointing at his direction.
That’s when Stiles heard that familiar voice again from behind him, “I think they’re confused about me, buddy.”
Stiles then remembered that he had to thank the stranger who had helped them, but... Wait... That familiar voice… Was that his voice? He turned around abruptly, wide eyed. He took three steps back, tripping and nearly falling on the ground.
Or: Stiles accidentally summons his future self who claims they can heal the nemeton.
If he helps younger Stiles and Derek to see what's always been right in front of them, that's a pleasant coincidence. Right?- Language:

Summary
Stiles sees it when he’s grocery shopping, the display hardly touched, people opting for the cheaper, non-heart shaped packages of steak. He gets it, he really does, after all, what’s the point of buying specially packaged meats for your significant other if you’re just gonna take the thing out of the box and cook it, anyways?
But if you had a werewolf sweetheart, this would be awesome, right?
Stiles snaps a photo and sends it to Kira, asking if she’s got a present for Scott yet. She texts him back a second later with, aw thanks i already got him a present when i went xmas shopping tho
And then: u should give it to ur werewolf ;)
Stiles stares at his phone, because he doesn’t have a werewolf. Well, technically he has a crush on a werewolf, but that doesn’t really count.
He buys the steak anyways.

Stiles is not prepared for what he sees. Derek ‘Roberto’ (Ok, he made that up) Hale is standing in the middle of his room, on a patchwork rug, wearing just a pair of very tight, black boxers and a Sheriff’s Deputy shirt. It’s hanging wide open, showing off his glorious chest, dark hair trailing down his toned stomach. There are bandages covering his wounds and Stiles is hit with an insane urge to kiss his boo boos better.
Stiles coins the term instant-injury-boner.
He’s never going to be able to wash and iron his Dad’s uniform ever again, from this moment on.
He’s always had a crush on Derek but he’d seemed so inaccessible when he was younger. Even more so than Lydia. He knows in this second, that the feeling he’d had deep in his chest, the first moment he’d laid eyes on Derek in the woods when he was sixteen, it hasn’t ever really gone away.
