Peter Parker, The One and Only Spider-Man, people has called him a menace, a freak, glory hound, immature, a loose cannon. People have called him a Savior, Compassionate, Loving, Caring, Strong, and Responsible.
For the Planet Earth, The Amazing Spider-Man is the golden standard of a hero.
To the Hero Community, He's a teammate to be trusted, an advisor, and dare he say an AMAZING lover (no pun intended).
However, when Peter dies by an unknown disease, he expected to go to uncle ben and aunt may in the afterlife, instead He's back in his 18 year old body when he first started as a Senior in High School and apparently alot of things have changed when he came back, ah well, Time for a Brand New Day. -

Summary
In a world where the X-Gene only manifests itself in women, the self-dubbed Daughters of X have divided themselves into different clans: The Great Houses, each believing themselves to be the true leaders and saviors of all their Sisters. What followed was years of bloodshed between these factions while being persecuted by a world that hated and feared them.
But no more. The Great Houses have set aside their differences for one common goal: KRAKOA! This nation estate promises safety and security, with a culture and language all its own. It's a clean slate for all to come together as one true Sisterhood.
Then along came a spider. A Spider-Man, to be precise. A Spider-Man that had always proved himself to be the Daughters' one true ally in the superhero community and now finds himself healing in Krakoa after almost dying while saving one of their own.
So what happens when a man such as Peter Parker starts roaming around on the private island of a civilization composed entirely of superpowered women who haven’t had much positive contact with men?
Everyone goes absolutely insane, apparently.

Summary
Gotham is no rookie to the unknown and strange, for decades the city has housed colorful vigilantes with attitude problems; alongside attention seeking and mayhem loving rouges with varying dedications to puzzles, poisoned laughter, plants, and induced fear. So, when a new player in Gotham begins stringing criminals by their feet in webs, the citizens hold their breath and wait for their Birds and Bats to handle it.
Only, weeks pass, and there's no sign of the unknown's capture, nor does the new player cleanly fit the description of any rouge or vigilante the city has seen. They do not boast about their kills, they do not target the innocent, what few movements they make, seem impulsive rather than planned. Gotham and its Knights go anxious without their answers, GCPD is desperately trying to hide the most they can to delay panic, while prepping for Halloween and the inevitable rouge apocalypse that'll occur.
Most of all? Tim wants to bitch-slap whatever god thought it would be funny to drop a new rouge in his city on his 21st birthday, of all days.
(Or: This is my take on peter in Gotham, attempting to use as little common tropes as possible.)

Mary Fitzpatrick was one of the most brilliant scientific minds of her time. She had traveled the globe to collect data and specimens and to collaborate and do research with some of the other most brilliant scientific minds of the time back then ..
There were award ceremonies and banquets in Mary's honor and also many other ways that Mary's work and contributions to science and society were honored and awarded... She was mentioned in text books, scientific and medical journals and in magazine articles to name a few.
One of Mary's many trips took her to Gotham for two different conferences where she was to be a guest speaker at both events.
While in Gotham she got invited to a Gala where she was charmed by Bruce Wayne ..
Mary Fitzpatrick gave birth to Bruce Wayne's son and named him Peter.
An orphaned superpowered Peter Parker in Gotham except this is The Universe he was born in. Bruce Wayne was listed on Peter's Birth Certificate as his father but while Peter knows Bruce doesn't and Peter thinks Bruce knows and doesn't care. A villain in Wayne Enterprises managed to intervene and helped keep Bruce in the dark about Peter and Peter was sent to Fostercare when Mary died..

A De-Aged Peter Parker in Gotham story except to THIS VERSION of Peter, living in Gotham ans adapting is a breeze ... after all a little more than half of the crime in going on in Gotham might as well be a normal Tuesday Evening Stroll In The Park for Peter and the other crime isn't exactly too surprising or difficult to deal with seeing as he can knock pretty much any of Gotham's strongest Villains out in one hit .. so Peter is doing pretty okay for himself in this Universe despite it not being his Universe.. that doesn't mean The Birds, The Bats and Their Butler aren't gonna try to rescue and adopt him at every blink of Peter's great big Bambi eyes ..

His friends sort of hate his guts, he lost his job, his grades are down the toilet, Aunt May lost the house that she and Ben had lived in for near on 30 years and to top it off, super-drugs are being trafficked into and from New York by a shadowy organization.
His new friend Logan, who just so happens to also be hunting these traffickers, might be able to help.
(Or in other words, Peter joins the X-men because if Marvel won't do it, I will.)

A comic-inspired universe. Similar events happened to that of 616. At this point in time, Peter has Parker Industries and is doing mostly well managing it... kinda...
Okay, he sucks, the company is slowly falling apart, and he's doing everything he can to keep it stable. Good old classic Parker luck. Thankfully, it manages to turn around when he finds a diamond, a very attractive mutant diamond known as Emma Frost.
With Frost International/The Hellfire Club and Parker Industries working together, the two CEO's being to bond with their shared hobby of punching bad guys in the face and fighting for what they believe is right. They become much closer than simply super business partners.
