' “I want you to look at me the same way you look at those nurses you get so chatty with all the time.” House declared in a tone that reeked of a challenge. Wilson stilled at that, as his shoulders went rigid and his gaze trailed upward, keeping his head still.
“To prove what exactly?” Wilson asked slowly, eventually raising his head in level of his gaze.
“That I can hold my ground better than you.” House declared, with Wilson scoffing in response, watching as House made his way around his desk and edged closer towards him.
“What, that's it?” Wilson asked skeptically as he swiveled in his chair to face House directly, leaning in a bit as he dug his palms into his knees. “I think you underestimate me.” Wilson let out in a tone brazen, while House grinned and pressed his palm against Wilson's desk as he leaned in. Tapping his fingers against the sheen oak in a way that was taunting.
“Correct. It won't be long until you fold.” House jibed proactively. “Look at me.” House initiated as Wilson looked his way with a focused glare, notably in resemblance of a Bernese Mountain Dog and their pup. 'Excerpt: House doesn't like the way Wilson keeps looking at the female nurses.
