Summary
the play is over. you are no longer needed as a director. you don't need actors, sets, scripts, it's time for you to live like those you trapped.
you can't help but remember what it was like on stage. those memories plaguing you while you're supposed to be better, be healthy.
you did spend an eternity learning how to act, and the actors were happier when you did.
you remember that theaters always leave a light on, to protect the stage. you're protecting your friends, so is it really a bad thing to hide what you are going through?a poor siffrin's journey to self recovery and discovery.
