Pezzy crouched down, picking up a file with the heading ‘Subject 473’ at the top. Following the page down was a picture of a man in his early twenties, along with a list of his physical and mental features.
Height: 5’8.
Eye color: Blue.
Mental disorders: General Anxiety Disorder, Depression.
The pages that followed was a detailed description of his days in the compound.
Wake up. Free time (Note: the patient spent his time sleeping). Tests. Food (Instructions: only enough to keep him going). Sleeping.
The “tests” were pure torture, where the scientists were seeing how the man’s anxiety was responding and developing parallel to how his physical health was decaying. At the bottom was a stamp with red, bold letters spelling ‘Deceased’.----
After five members of the mercenary group, The Frouse, gets kidnapped, it's up to the reminding members to save them. But, when they are up agains a group that kidnaps to study the psychological effects of torture, they might need to hurry.
Will they get there in time before the damage is too great, and their friends are gone?

Pezzy slowly leaned against the doorframe of the kitchen, just admiring Droid. He was currently standing by the stove mixing something and quietly singing along to the slow music coming from his phone. It was already dark outside, so the only light was one over the stove and a faint light over the table, casting a warm, dim, light over the room.
It looked like Droid was making some sort of pasta, but all Pezzy really could think about was how etherial he looked, there in their kitchen. His hair was a curly mess, his oversized shirt had some weird stains from cooking and he had a pair of mismatched socks on. He looked absolutely stunning.

Sometimes, Dennis thinks, life would be easier if he didn't feel guilt so easily.
Pretending that he doesn't have the flu to cover for everybody else who has the flu isn't one of his brightest moments. But Dr. Robby had looked so openly defeated when he had to send Santos and McKay home early in the shift, and when he jokingly begged for Dennis not to catch the flu...
Well, the overwhelming guilty feelings came into play at just the right time. Never mind the fact that he's been running a small fever since early that morning from the same flu that is terrorizing the department. Ibuprofen is a godsend, and guilt, Dennis knows, is a powerful thing.

Robby’s gaze roamed across Dennis's face, tracing the planes and sharp angles of his features like he was trying to commit them to memory. He already had a long time ago. The horrible, aching knot in his chest dedicated to Dennis was a piece of Robby that he tried, time and time again, to rip out. Always to no avail.
If he had anything to come back for, it’d be this one thing.
"Marry me," Robby said.
Robby, about to head out for his sabbatical and never return, thinks to hell with it—nothing matters except for the very real, very inappropriate feelings he's been harboring for his first-year resident. So he proposes. And before he can take it back, Whitaker says yes.
