Summary

So really, he thought, a simple trip to the wizarding world for tea couldn’t possibly be that bad.
He was wrong.
Now he’s somehow become the unofficial emotional support adult of Hogwarts, is being hunted by the house-elves because he keeps fixing castle structural problems himself, dealing with a basilisk situation that Merlin is “pretty sure he dealt with once already, back in the 5th century.” and trying to stop Gilderoy Lockhart from deciding that he is his "professional rival."

This is incredible.
Every chapter is simultaneously making my heart ache in the best most yearning way possible, being absolutely chaotic, and weirdly poetic and poignant on a whole lot of things.
And then the plot starts happening and everything is extra extra sad, a bit funny via surrealism, and then just poetically miserable. This is incredible. Part 1 of interlude 1 was fascinating.
Currently on chapter 23, so exited for any update, or just to reread the beginnings for some chuckles.

So good!!!
Very much a slow burn. Glinda is going THROUGH it, but I’m really glad we had a few chapters of her perspective in the interlude.
Also has a lot of Victorian fainting lady disease vibes…
Chapter 29 is the confession and its so good, perfect angst, perfect yearning, mwuah
I think morrible killed dillamond. And glinda’s secret is out!! I just hope she tells elphaba not to read aloud from the grimmery
