The Arcobaleno never Harmonized with Luce.

Skull looked around the parking lot for a second, observing the empty space. A young man with blond hair and a green headband sat next to his car, clearly trying to steal it. The stuntman slowly crept up behind the guy, glancing at what exactly he was doing. Skull frowned. This man was trying to steal his car and couldn’t even hotwire it properly? Lame.
Or, Skull and Colonnello have a chance encounter long before they'd meet as Arcobaleno!
