Summary
Shockwave and Starscream had come to an agreement that has held up to the test of time and Starscream himself. It had actually become an event that Shockwave looked forward to over the course of their relationship in his loneliness on Cybertron. Shockwave realizes how similar and addicted he is to Starscream and Starscream is just there for fun.

Summary
An armistice with a shaky foundation is not the ideal time to have a crisis about potential physical feelings for his Second-In-Command, but Megatron is going through it regardless. Starscream is as shiny as ever, with glinting wings and a sharp glossa, and in a moment of weakness, Megatron decides to give Starscream a gift disguised as a bribe to enlist his help for the peace talks with the Autobots.
It does not stay a bribe, and it does not remain the only gift Megatron gives.
