"Flambae naked," Waterboy confessed, immediately regretting not taking the offered day off.
There was spluttering on the other end of the line and a noise that sounded suspiciously like a window shattering.

“No– no.” Flambae wasn’t even sure how to describe what he had seen. “No, there’s like– it’s like a clear thing is flicking over your eyeballs?” Flambae focused on Waterboy’s eyes again, though now, he wasn’t noticing it anymore. What the fuck?
Instead of immediately freaking out like Flambae had expected, a flash of understanding crossed over Waterboy’s face, before he ducked his head. He pressed the back of his hand over his eyes, seeming almost embarrassed.
“O-oh– ah, I’m sorry– this– um, sometimes it kind of, I don’t know– I must have gotten– e-excited, or something…” Waterboy mumbled.
OR: Flambae is really interested in Waterboy's extra "quirks", in more ways than one.
