The Society of the Blind Eye has returned, and when Pacifica Northwest comes to him with a shocking find, Dipper realizes that his worst fears have come true... Bill Cipher has returned to Gravity Falls.
Dipper and Pacifica have to work together to figure out how to stop the unfolding events. Easier said than done, though, when the old tensions from when they were kids start to flare up again.
