Chapter 1: Skull is a perfectly awesome omega and all the other Arcobaleno are alphas. Skull can’t be the only person confused as to why he doesn’t have a harem yet.
Chapter 2: Reborn is an omega but no one believes him because what kind of omega looks like death itself.
Chapter 3: Tsuna never really understood the whole concept of smell and why so many other Omegas lost their minds. (And then Reborn regrows into an adult and presents as an Alpha.)
Chapter 4: Tsuna didn’t want to participate in the Race this year. He didn’t really have a choice.

Skull was no fool. He saw Tsuna for what he was in the end. The Sky wanted the Mafia to kneel to his vision of how the world should work.
And Skull was not made to kneel. He might act like it, but in the end, he couldn’t. He never truly knelt to Luce or Reborn or Checkerface. He would not kneel to Sawada Tsunayoshi.

Sawada Tsunayoshi has just witnessed the end of the Arcobaleno trials. Skull is dead and the Arcobaleno are adults, but in pain. A woman arrives just as the Vongola medics are arriving on the field and tell them all to step away from Skull. She heals Skull and reveals to the others that she is a witch.
