Summary
Tommy decides after helping the so-called heroes save the world to retire while he is still young and live a normal civilian life but his past haunts him and his past love even tighter, refusing to let go which leads to unfortunate events.
But of course it doesn't end at that now he's found a new love that is willing to hold on tighter than the last and leaves him feeling like he's been on a rollercoaster.
Now he has to choose between the one that he left because of circumstances and the one he found because of those same circumstances. Of course they're both extremely possessive and toxic but sometimes some love is better than none, which could be telling of some underlying issues but he’s choosing to ignore that.
