Summary
10 Months Ago, young Izuku Midoriya disappeared, presumed dead, after leaving a totally normal day of classes.
Now, a new evil force has emerged, known as SHOCKER, and threatens to destroy the world to reform it in their own image.
However, young Midoriya reemerges, as the eponymous Kamen Rider, one of the few who has the power to stop SHOCKER’s goals. But will she and her peers be able to learn enough to stop SHOCKER in time, or will SHOCKER’s augmented humans overwhelm the next generation of heroes?

Summary
It had only been a few weeks since the Battle Of Jaku, and Izuku Midoriya had been running himself ragged trying to look for anyone with any sort of knowledge to All For One and Tomura Shigaraki's whereabouts. Searching a small town, he finds League Executive and A-Rank Villain Himiko Toga, beaten, bruised, and unconscious. Despite what she's done he can't stop himself from helping her. Because that's what a hero does.
It had only been a few weeks since the Battle of Jaku, and Himiko Toga had been completely alone. Unable to reunite with the League after her fight with Ochako, she's been on the run ever since and had the unfortunate luck to run into what looked like a Demon while beaten and bruised. Good thing it turned out to just be her Izuku! Though... this hero isn't quite the same as she remembered.
Can Himiko change for the better? Can Izuku be the hero that everybody needs? Together, can they forge something out of this rotten apocalypse?
