    Enji Todoroki couldn’t move. Doesn’t dare to. His eyes were transfixed on the villain, Legacy.
    The villain had an eye patch over his left eye while the right eye, a dark grey glared at him. His left side was a patchwork of burned skin and healthy skin stapled together like an arts and crafts project while the right was bandaged like a mummy with black skin peeking through. A long black tattered coat draped over him dramatically.
    But the most attention drawing feature of the villain Legacy is the red and white hair, split perfectly in half as the black wig that was previuosly hiding his identity hung off the villain’s fingers.
    Legacy allowed it to fall to the ground.
    “You really should call me by my respectable name. Call me Shoto.” Legacy grinned in a deranged and unhinged way.

    Or the Todoroki children are in a time loop and taking advantage of it to work through their various issues. And Endeavor greatly suffers each time.
