His childlike fascination only grew when Shanks told him he’d tell him everything about Shanks: that they were twins and that, if he went with him, he’d surely see him again.
So, with all the confidence of a child, Luffy took his hand.
Unaware of the consequences of that gesture.
He would condemn Shanks, who would give everything for him. His grandfather. His father.
And the whole world.

Why is there so much hatred toward Hancock? It's not like she did anything really bad. The way I see it, it's simply internalized sexism that makes people unable to empathize with a victim of rape and violence.
I mean, she's too complex a character to be reduced to just a potential love interest... or to be defined solely by her beauty.

Strange as it may seem, there was something Garp loved more than the Navy, and that was being a grandfather.
Unfortunately, he didn't know how to be one. He did his best, and he had many successes and mistakes throughout his journey as a grandfather.
That's why, on the brink of death, he didn't feel disappointed that his adventure had come to an end, nor that he hadn't done more for the Navy and the justice he believed in. On the brink of death, Monkey D. Garp only remembered his grandchildren.
The grandchildren he loved so much, the grandchildren who hated him so much.

Summary
Ace fell limp on the cold ground of Marineford. His life had come to an end, his only regret being that he had not lived to see his brother become king of the pirates.
He did not know what was after death, nor if there really was anything. But waking up on a seemingly ordinary island was not on his list of possible ''Afterlives''.
Where was he, what time was he on?
Ace may not have been able to see Luffy's adventures to get to the throne, but he was able to see Luffy on the throne.

While out on patrol, Nightwing is alerted by Robin that Batman hasn't slept in five days, and Damien needs reinforcements. When Dick arrives, he finds Bruce hacking away at his computer in the Batcave. Bats uses the excuse of needing to dive deep into Penguin's most recent criminal expansion. Dick isn't fooled. It takes only a few words to get to the root cause of the problem.
Clark and Bruce aren't talking after a recent fight. While Dick doesn't know what about, he does know that the very person Batman is avoiding could be the only one to get him to take a goddamn nap.

His feet hit hard and his knees buckle beneath him. It hurts when his hands skid on the decorative rug, the price he pays for catching himself to keep from flopping face-first into the ground. He's dumbstruck and just kneels there for several long moments staring at his hands, at the bloom of rug burn forming before his eyes.
"I can't fly," he says dumbly.
"Noted. Any pain?" Bruce asks.
Clark's world falls apart, and Superman is to blame. When he's at his lowest, Bruce Wayne gives him a gift: a room that strips him of his powers. A room where he can learn what it means to be human.

Bruce hummed in mock understanding. “Of course. Strictly business.” His gaze flickered over Clark, the corner of his mouth twitching. “And here I thought you came all this way just to see me.”
Clark and Bruce have a routine when their paths cross at social events—get a quote, catch up, flirt until Clark gets flustered. But Clark’s getting tired of too much flirting and not enough kissing.
