Anakin would go to sleep bare when he needed a release, and Obi-Wan would take care of him, bringing his Padawan pleasure while he finally rests, a reward for the long days they're forced to endure. Anakin had taken to the idea eagerly, but lately they had both been too exhausted to indulge.
Even with his burgeoning headache, Obi-Wan can't imagine passing up an opportunity to make Anakin cum.

Summary
When Anakin was very small and new to the Temple, a junior senator by the name of Obi-Wan Kenobi taught him how to read and write his letters. Twelve years later, that same senator asks for him specifically to accompany him on an expedition to examine a planet of old Jedi Temples.
For Anakin, this arrangement is perfect. For one thing, he's been nursing a deep, abiding, romantic love for Obi-Wan Kenobi since he was sixteen. For another thing, he has a few very important questions to ask the man, like for example: why did he stop visiting? Why did he never answer any of his letters? And of course, does he believe in the Core concept of marriage?
But his idyllic plans for reunion, retribution, and hopefully wedlock suddenly become bisected by a lightsaber when Obi-Wan takes one look at him and pushes such disappointment into the Force that it guts Anakin where he stands. He can't understand why, but by the Force is he going to figure it out.

Summary
Anakin, in a fit of bravery uncharacteristic even for the Hero With No Fear, decides that he should tell the Council about his secret marriage, so that no Sith could ever use it against him to hurt the Jedi Order or the Republic.
It goes swimmingly--if you ignore the fact that Anakin definitely meant to say that he married Padmé in the wake of Geonosis, and yet the entire Jedi Council seems to think he married Obi-Wan.
And also if you ignore the fact that now no one believes them when they tell them flat out that Anakin is married to and in love with Padmé, not his old master.
And also if you also ignore the fact that Anakin doesn't know how to ignore the fact that being in love with Obi-Wan sort of makes a lot of sense. In fact, it feels like the only thing that's made sense in the last four years, come to think of it.
