Summary
The slow glide of a kitchen knife against the underbelly of a salmon, as it intricately removes the extra fatty flesh, has always been one of your favorite sights. Filleted over a nice, even grill and dressed in a touch of salt, pepper, and freshly squeezed Lisbon lemons. For some it would be considered too simple. Incredibly arbitrary for a being who's studied their whole life beside a set of blades and a bowl of unkneaded dough.

It’s why you quit your cushiony upscale job in a fancy restaurant, hightailing it down south with nothing but your rickety old truck and your handy set of skills.
