Years, decades, centuries- The war between Heroes and Villains was slowly lost to time.
Along with the 'art' of Heroism. During the 'Golden Age' for Heroes just after the war, the slowly became irrelevant. The world fell into the greedy, unjust hands of the government, various Heroes disappearing mysteriously, never to be seen again.
People with powerful Quirks- even those that had nothing to do with Heroes- also disappeared. Rebellions formed and fell. All hope was sucked out of the people by the authorities, like leeches and mosquitos.Until a rare phenomenon occurred- Those from the past, the lost souls who died around the time of the forgotten war, came back in spirit form. With people from this dystopian era to guide, will they be able to bring back a Heroic society, like the one they fought so hard to protect? Or will the Villains worm their way into victory?
*There is going to be a LOT of triggering stuff in this book, so if you're not comfortable with reading works like that, I suggest you click away now (and go read my other books :D).

This is a fanfic of an AU where all(most) of the MHA characters attend one high school, the High School of Dreams. Characters around the same age as Hawks, for example, will be aged down into third years (eg. Hawks and Mirio are in the same year), and the older pro heroes, like Endeavour, will mostly be teachers or staff members.
This contains a lot of my OCs, and it will switch between each of the POVs in each chapter. Some OCs might get multiple chapters in a row, depending on what I feel like writing.
Some things that happen in this AU might be hints and subtle foreshadowing at stuff that will happen in their own specific books, that I have yet to write, so look out for those.
Including another fanfic I'm currently writing, 'The Island Called U.A.', which you guys should go read.I do not suggest reading if you get triggered quite easily, or are just in a bad mental state right now. Not ALL of it will be triggering. Not at the start.
Also, there are 'probably' a lot of spoilers for the anime/manga. So if you don't want spoilers, then you also might not want to read this.There are no Quirks in this AU.

I started writing this fanfic of Wattpad, but after hearing multiple people say Ao3 is better, I decided to post it on here as well. Please keep in mind I have never used Ao3 before, and I have very little on an idea of what I'm doing.
