Summary
A few possible outcomes post Time War 3, in the order of how much I’d like them happening. (Update: chapter 5/6 is just what I’ve come up with from the description of tw4)
Post TW4 update: after chapter 6 is the possible outcomes of the end of Time War 4, ‘Homecoming’ and contains spoilers for that story.
Pre War Room update: upon hearing the announcement for more gallifrey, and not knowing if there will be more news of Romana, as well as with all the juicy lore added from nuwho series thirteen, I have decided to once again make the amount of chapters for this work undetermined.

Cub nods slowly, clearly reading the book still. Scar squints at the book but the words were so tiny and squished together his dyslexia was making it very difficult to read. He could see the exact mark on his hip on the page however. A bright and excited grin grew on his face. They had found it! He would finally know what species his soulmate is!
“What’s it say? I can’t quite read it.”
Scar prompts when Cub stays silent, bouncing on the balls of his feet in excitement. The hand resting on Cub’s shoulder tapping at him as a use for his eager energy.
“They are called the Watchers.”
Scar got an unknown soulmark and it's causing all kinds of problems for him, but he is still determined to find his soulmate! No matter what warnings people give him.

Late into the night, Scar traces paths on the crinkled paper of the map, navy ink staining his fingers as they trace a potential route over the yellowed parchment. With an annoyed grunt, Scar rests his head in his scarred hands. This wasn't good.

Waves lap at the rocks, frothy tips grabbing at the stone then retreating back into the dark mass of the ocean beneath. Grian watches the water’s movement, tail flicking in the water. It had always gotten compliments- and the siren wasn’t arguing. The way to a siren’s heart was through compliments. Lots of compliments. Grian flicks his contentedly, the tricolour scales scintillating in the waning light of the sunset. Crimson, sunflower and cobalt, all shimmering in the dying light of the sun.
OR
Renowned pirate captain, Scar Goodtimes, finds an injured siren. He takes them in, and shenanigans ensue.
