Summary
Aziraphale was hunched a little, eyebrows drawn up into wounded pinch. He was breathing hard, soft grunts escaping on every other exhale. As if the sight of him clearly in pain wasn’t enough, Crowley was coming to realise what had seemed so different about him when he’d first appeared.
Crowley swallowed down his initial grief-stricken thought, that he looked as though he’d been beaten and thrown into a pool of boiling sulphur. And then he’d spotted the mark, and he couldn’t deny his eyes any longer.
His angel had Fallen. Aziraphale had Fallen.

Summary
Take a leap of Faith, Nina had said, Crowley would catch him if he Fell. Aziraphale had never properly considered it before, but as soon as he had finished speaking with the woman he had suddenly decided that she was right. Crowley would catch him, and perhaps it was time to take that leap of faith as it were.

“Fuck off,” he hisses out, words slurring together. “In case you missed it, ‘m not in the mood to be bothered.”
A pause. Then, the knocking becomes frantic, bordering desperate.
With another swear, Crowley slides off the bed, wobbling a bit as he gains his footing. Whoever the poor bugger is at the other side of this door is about to have nightmares for the rest of their life, interrupting his well-deserved brooding like this. A few bottles roll along the flooring and, with one final stumble, he reaches for his door handle, throwing it open.
”What —“
Crowley freezes. Any further demands vanish from his tongue, mouth hanging open, golden eyes wide and exposed.
“Crowley.”
Oh, that voice. It’s been only a year, nothing compared to their collective lifetimes, yet it had felt so long since he’d heard it.

Aziraphale, exhausted with his duties of Supreme Archangel, decides leaving isn't freedom enough for him. Maybe if he faces his fears and follows in Crowley's steps, he might be able to secure freedom and stay with him. That is, if Crowley will ever forgive him for the last time they saw one another.

Summary
Aziraphale fell in love with humanity over the thousands of years he spent on Earth. He also coincidentally fell in love with Crowley, though he prefers not to dwell on that when it isn't immediately relevant. Neither of those things, however, are particularly Angelic, and Aziraphale eventually must pay the price for them.
That price is taken sooner than Aziraphale would have hoped.
(This summary is really bad, but I promise my writing is actually better than the summary. I think. I hope.)
