Marina's occult shop in Valland is not doing well. She can't seem to find any worthwhile merchandise to sell. That is, until O'saa shows up and the two strike a business partnership.
This fic is about Marina and O'saa traveling the world to find occult objects and magical artifacts to sell in Marina's shop. I'm trying to keep it as accurate as I can to the canon, so there's lots of references to characters and events and places. Really fun stuff! :D
It is set in an au where everyone survived the festival. Yes, everyone. But they are all traumatized and just trying to live their lives. Will add more characters and relationships to the tags as more are introduced.

Summary
Samarie and Marina find themselves at death's door after a long first day participating in the Festival of Termina. Marina's expertise in destruction and blood magic could only get her so far, and Samarie's focus on healing and trickster magic could only get them both a bit further. But once sheltered from the nightmare in a bunker, the two find a Sylvian ritual circle that could save them both at the cost of their individuality. Love and Death as they so often do in this world, embrace each other.

Summary
Marina has a strange dream, then gets a mysterious letter from her father stating that her mother has died. She sets off to her home town of Prehevil for answers, unaware she's being followed. Her obsessed stalker, Samarie, follows her on the train to Prehevil, where the two of them along with twelve others find themselves trapped in a city full of nightmares, monsters and cruel gods. They have to find a way to escape or at least survive for the next three days. After a tragic first meeting, the two girls start to grow unexpectedly close despite the horrific circumstances.
A very, very long, Samarina focused, passion project that took me roughly six months to write, adapting my playthrough of Fear and Hunger 2: Termina into a second person narrative, switching points of view between Marina and Samarie each chapter. Samarina as a ship is the main focus but the original story of the game is also important and present. At roughly 175k words, it was a lot of work for my first real writing project but, I think I've done a decent job.
