Summary
He recognizes what he almost lost to. That voice within that calls for him to seek more power, the instincts that urge him to rip and tear. The demon in him. It demanded V; his body, his blood. It wanted Nero to take everything on offer and even more after that.
Nero’s never heard it so clearly before, not even when he physically held the Yamato in his hand. So why now? Why does some random witch - who gives admittedly amazing head - trip this weird primal trigger in his brain that makes him completely lose it?
He came back to get V out of his system. It seems all he ended up doing was making things significantly worse.
