Summary
“Buck?” Eddie's voice rings out, there’s a bump to his shoulder, “You good?” And Buck can’t take his eyes away from it. There’s a pain in his chest, making his heart rate skyrocket.
He’s being cheated on right now.
“No.” Buck states and foolishly he takes Eddie's beer right from his hands and takes a drink from it. A small one, it leaves a bitter taste in his mouth and it’s good motivation. To be able to taste the bitterness he’s feeling all over his body right now. “Let me up.” He states, moving and Eddie lets out a shocked noise when Buck simply goes around him when he doesn’t move fast enough. But Buck probably didn’t really give him time to even process.

Summary
Hitting the pavement hard enough to bruise the muscles in his back will never compare to opening his eyes and seeing nothing in color as he blinks the pouring rain out of his eyes. The residing pain made his arm shake from feeling the lightning go through his skin.
He could feel the vibrations and the ache in his head. His helmet was gone, and he grabbed it more out of reflex than anything else, knowing without a doubt that he needs it. Muscle memory telling him so.
But none of it compares to looking up and seeing Buck hanging there and only seeing him in black and white. The night sky behind him seems even darker, and his entire world feels like it’s halting. Freezing as the rain hits his face, but it’s as though he doesn’t even feel it. Eddie thinks that he may not feel anything at all.

Summary
“Chris—“ Buck starts but this time he is interrupted.
“No! We already missed the museum last week and dad said you were busy, but you’ve never missed before! And— and I— did I do something wrong?” Chris’s voice tapers off and Buck can feel the tears forming in his eyes.
“No.. no you didn’t do anything wrong I promise.”
“So then why can’t we go to the zoo?” Chris asks.
Buck bites his lip, chewing on the poor thing before he makes a decision, one that might come back and bite him in the ass later but what else could he possibly have to lose? Chris is still reaching out, Chris misses him. Chris is sad.
It’s the easiest choice he’s made in weeks.
“You know what—“ Bucks breathing is a little fast, he feels like he’s going to pass out or away he doesn’t know, “I’m coming to get you.”

Or Buck and Eddie meet on a site where alphas and omegas swap clothes to help with their cycles, it just escalates from there in typical Buddie style.
