Summary
“Don’t move,” a voice says to his left, soft and smooth in his ears like water flowing in a river. It’s unique and familiar, it’s the first thing Blade hears. “The injuries you’ve sustained are great, moving might bring forth more pain.”
Blade cracks open his eyes and sees a wooden roof above him. He’s about to move his head to see who had spoken to him before a hand presses softly on his forehead, brushing back some hair that shifted and covered his eye.
“There are no wounds on your face,” the voice mutters, “but multiple shallow ones along the right arm, a broken leg, and a stab right below the ribs.”
There’s a pause and Blade can’t do anything but wait.
There’s a huff. “You’re lucky to have survived long enough for me to find you.”
(Or: A fantasy au where Blade wakes up injured in a cabin with no memories, and Dan Heng was the one to find him. A journey of healing, hoping, and loving.)

Summary
“You’re a vampire,” Dan Heng says.
Ren tilts his head, his arms crossed as he looks at Dan Heng. “I am. Is that an issue for you?”
Perhaps, Dan Heng thinks to himself, it should have been. Vampires were known to be on the more aggressive end towards people after all. But Ren brought him here despite Dan Heng being nothing more than an injured stranger he stumbled upon. If Ren meant harm, surely he would have done it by now?
“Unless if you had brought me here to feast upon me? No,” Dan Heng huffs out before frowning at the idea after he thinks over it a little more. He gives Ren a slightly suspicious look. “Were you intending that?”
There’s a small frown on Ren’s lips now and a slight furrow of his brow as he uncrosses his arms. “I didn’t bring you here for that reason.”
(Or: Dan Heng is found by Vampire Lord Blade and brought back to his manor after getting injured in the middle of a storm. However, Dan Heng knows that the man who brought him here must have a deeper reasoning for it, and he's determined to get to the bottom of it. A tale about two men coming to trust one another, despite it all.)

Yingxing raises an eyebrow and smiles. “That’s a rarity, Dan Feng.” And oh, the way he said Dan Feng’s name was enough to send shivers of desire down his spine. “It’s late in the day, how about we go out and eat for once?”
“Don’t you normally have dinner with Baiheng tonight?” Dan Feng points out.
“Baiheng is unavailable tonight, and even if she wasn’t then I would simply have dinner with her tomorrow,” Yingxing shrugs. He gives Dan Feng a look, his eyes soft with something Dan Feng dares to not name. “Time with you is even harder to come by, so why would I not value the rare time that I can have with you?”
(Or: Dan Feng's long time insistence that his feelings for Yingxing are a curse, A sweet drink underneath the moonlight, and A love letter that comes all too late.)

“It’s only a matter of time till some unsavory information comes out and there’s an issue.” March shakes her head. “Say, Dan Heng, what if one of us caught the disease?!”
“Not likely,” Dan Heng says. “It’s mostly concentrated in Xianzhou and planets nearby for now and I doubt the express will head there. Besides, the disease only reveals purposefully hidden truths. You’re an open book, March.”
March puffs out her cheeks. “Hey!”
Stelle shrugs. “He’s not wrong.”
(Or: After being struck with a truth revealing disease in Xianzhou, Dan Heng is left stuck in his true form until he can either obtain the rare elixir to cure it or have sex with someone, and Blade is more than happy to offer to cure Dan Heng of his ailment when finding the elixir fails.)
