Summary
A shake of the head as it held its head in its hands. The light, the noise, the loudness of the interviewer, it all hurt so much. It felt a smile on its face but it didn't want to do that, the subject just wanted to go home, even though 'home' was a concept so far from it.

Summary
The door swung open with violent force, to reveal someone standing there that wasn't a disappointment. Wonderful! The day had been setback after setback given the ongoing problems with the Sour Gummies and the self-appointed 'witches', seeing a dear friend, The Old One - not that she'd really pried at what his actual name was, she herself was hardly a grandmother after all - at her door was always a pleasant surprise.

So now, here it was. It pulled up a small stool to the wall with the bright red button, setting down the toolbox and first pulling out a bright yellow and black caution tape, outlining the button holder’s shape in the wall, like you’d see in a workshop. Next, was the measurements. It seemed like it would be the perfect fit, which was lovely, though holding up the tape measure was proving to be annoying, but manageable.

Set Immediately after the fiction “How the Aurora was Won” and before Carmilla came home.
Jonny has a lot of cleaning up to do, and the starship makes a new friend and crew member about it in the meantime.

“I hadn’t anticipated you finding my connections to the Greenfolk so quickly. But,” There was a smile and a mostly too fast and too angled tilt of the head as he turned around with a half not-smile, “You won’t be leaving here to spread the word, will you?” He had his arms crossed over his chest, with a self-satisfied smile, though clearly at someone else’s command. All facades were dropped in the lair, it seemed, and for relatively understandable reasons, actually. Why act up when you know you’ve won? Starwalker did, but that's why it was considered strange compared to other folk, this is just some not-quite-guy with some not-quite-controlling in the background, and normally loosely strung puppets act up more to show off what little agency they have. Starwalker would know.
