007n7 was wondering about his life; he felt sad and empty and attempted suicide. However, The Spectre, who enjoys entertainment, brought him back to life and left him with the bullet scar.
007n7 was then teleported inside the cabin where the other survivors were happily bonding. When everyone noticed the scar, they began caring about him. However, 007n7 didn’t think he deserved none of this.

The survivors had just finished a round when they were teleported back to the cabin. Following the usual routine they remove the dagger from Two Time and Builderman decides to choose who is gonna calm down Two Time this time around.
The person who was choosen this time was 007n7, and after that everyone left leaving 007n7 and Two Time alone in the living room. 007n7 didn’t know what to do, but unexpectedly both Two Time and 007n7 started developing a connection with eachother that was both unexpected but also wonderful, as they were happy to have found this connection.

Summary
Wemmbu had been trying to ignore it for a while now. Since Mane left, maybe even before that. He knew something was wrong, but it wasn’t anything serious. Headaches, spots in his vision, occasional waves of dizziness. It might have started all the way back in Zam’s Empire.
He feels better when others are around. With Egg finally out of the End and the two of them practically glued at the hip as they try to stay under the radar of the Law, Wemmbu is relieved to find that his symptoms calm down slightly. Not enough, but he no longer worries that he might pass out in the middle of a fight anymore.
tldr: wemmbu gets sick when he isolates from people he cares about. now with the war against the law reaching a boiling point, wemmbu is being surrounded by people he cant help but to care about. with the battle against law only weeks away and wemmbu getting sicker each passing day, he doesnt know how much longer he can hide his greatest secret. and everyone is getting concerned asf while he convinces himself they all hate him.
