May 23 update: I'm going on a small hiatus from writing. I have some future chapters planned out and I'm very excited to delve more into these characters, their relationships, and the parts of the og plot I plan on changing. But I think I'm having a depressive episode and just generally feel sick. I promise this is not abandoned, I'm just taking a break and will probably be back within a few weeks.

Summary
While infiltrating the Northern Water Tribe, Zuko overhears a group of Northern waterbenders angered that a woman was awarded the title Master. He follows them in hopes of being led to the Avatar...but what he finds instead is so much worse.
Or, the male waterbenders violently haze Katara over their anger at her bending abilities. She's left broken, with only a sworn enemy to help her.
Hurt/comfort, Katara gets therapy, and eventually a doting boyfriend.
