Everyone gets a custom adventure, straight from their subconscious desires! When Jax and Ragatha want the same thing, it only makes sense for Caine to send them on the same adventure... not telling them those aren't NPCs they're with... and whoops, yeah, looks like he forgot to turn on the user-generated content filter, too. Surely, this won't have consequences.

Something that Ragatha had been repeating in her head from the moment she split from the rest of the group to now as she sits alone on her bed. There’s an unfamiliar ache in her chest that she tries to soothe by clutching the fabric just over where her heart should be. There’s no beating there, there’s no fast paced rhythm under her hand. So, why is it when she recollects the image of Jax hovering over her- One knee pressed between her legs while the other one straddled her hip- Does she feel something going crazy within her chest?

“Look,” Jax sighs shakily, gaze averted. “I don’ wanna drag you into this, Dollface. I’ll get my [$#!%] together eventually.” He chuckles to himself, but it’s more of a pitiful, humored hitch of the breath than anything. He continues to pant.
“I’m— I’m not just going to leave you here when I know you’re.. suffering. Not when I know that I could.. that I could help. How ever you’ll let me. I- If.. you'll let me.”
Jax looks at her blankly, expression disturbingly unreadable.
“… Okay.”
“..Okay..?” Ragatha repeats in question.
“Okay,” Jax sighs again, allowing his knees to fall away from his chest. “You can.. help me. Do whatever you want.”

“.. Whatever I want..?”
Or
Jax goes into heat at the worst given opportunity. Ragatha is there to help, as she always is.
