“Buck,” Bobby said slowly, “are you telling me that you’ve been on suppressants continuously for over a decade?”
“Yeah…” Buck trailed. “So I really don’t need heat leave, Cap. I’m all good, but it’s nice of you to check on me.”
Bobby’s voice did something funny. He got quiet and serious the way he spoke to patients on medical calls. The way he spoke to Chimney when he didn’t know he had a piece of rebar through his head.
“Stay right here, kid,” Bobby said in his patient voice. “I’ll be right back, okay?”The team finds out that Buck has been (unintentionally) abusing heat suppressants

Buck is back to work but is on the outs.
He goes out, has a one night stand.
What could go wrong?Or,
"Lucas, seriously, calm down. It's just a broken condom. I can get tested for... you know, the standard stuff. It's not the end of the world. Just take a deep breath."
Lucas let out a sound that was half sob, half hysterical laugh. He backed up until his spine hit the bedroom wall, sliding down slightly as if his legs could no longer support his weight. He looked at Buck like he was looking at a dead man.
"Evan," Lucas said, his voice dropping to a devastated, trembling whisper. "I should have told you. I swear to god, I should have told you before we even left the bar, but I didn't think... I've never had a condom break on me. Never. I am so careful. I am so, so careful."
"Told me what?" Buck asked. His voice didn't sound like his own.
Lucas closed his eyes, a tear escaping and tracking down his pale cheek. He swallowed hard, and then he looked Buck dead in the eye.
"I'm HIV positive."
