    There was a new patient in the ward at Arkham. A few, actually- Joker was busy wreaking havoc on the city, and so Arkham was understaffed as their emergency unit took in overflow from nearby E.Rs. One of the few skeleton crew members was one Harleen Quinnzel, (whose friends would call her Harley, if she had any). She’d been placed in charge of new patients late at night when nobody else was around, so she had to do all the dirty work she wasn’t qualified for.
