Summary
Damian Wayne Al-Ghul was once wanted, once heir to a prosperous kingdom, once respected. But that ended when the Al-Ghul family's realm fell under the tyranny of its new monarch, Slade Wilson.
Now, Damian escaped life as a prisoner of war, fleeing to Gotham, guided by his mother’s final wish, to meet his father and reclaim the kingdom that is rightfully his.
However, to his surprise, from the moment he set foot in Gotham and declared before the king that he was his blood-born son, everything went downhill.
Perhaps, it would’ve been better to remain a prisoner of war.

Tim knows he has the tendency to hallucinate– he spends countless nights awake, and usually by hour 48, he’s grown accustomed to the shadows he sees in his peripheral vision.
What he didn't expect to see however, was Damian coming into the kitchen dead at night, raiding the cabinets like a raccoon.He stops and stares, and Damian pays him no mind as he takes out a bowl of cereal of fruit loops, a bagel slice with strawberry cream cheese, and just when Tim thinks he’s done– Damian walks back and takes out a whole tub of marshmallow fluff.
Huh. One of the weirdest hallucinations he’s had, indeed.

He heard another cry for help. Well, he's gotten used to patrolling to numb the stinging in his chest by now. He's been doing that when he first became Robin. When his family often forgot, he's also just a child.
Stop thinking about that. It's weak.
And so he stood back up and grappled torwards the cries.
OR
Damian gets into an argument with the family and storms off to patrol alone. Something BLASTS him with blinding light that could flash his ancestors back from the dead. He wakes back up in Gotham. Well, another gotham. But he learns that later.
Can't be that bad. Wait what do you mean he's dead here??
OR..
Damian travels to another universe where he's been killed by the Joker. That AU's batfam are coping poorly. Imagine running into your dead brother lol. Bozo.
