Summary
Izuku had enjoyed spending time with Kirishima, when his daily duties were over and Kirishima had finished training. They would go riding, hunting, or sometimes, on rare days off, they would even go down to the beach. The years they spent together had been some of the best of Izuku’s life, but now, it all seemed to be changing.
Because after four years of training, Kirishima was finally ready to take the Knight’s test. Tomorrow, he would become a fully fledged knight, Izuku was sure. But that would also mean Kirishima would be taking on knightly duties, which usually meant being transferred to another part of the country, to protect the citizens of the Kingdom. It was a noble calling, one which suited Kirishima well.
But Izuku couldn’t help feel a sense of dread at the thought of saying goodbye.
