Summary
(Alternatively titled "The Various Adventures of Barnacle Boy and Fish Jesus.")
After a long night of drinking by a beach on Long Island, Arthur finds this kid that can talk to fish just as well as he can. And he knew that if it was up to him, this kid would never go through what he went through, not knowing how to deal with his powers and feeling like a fish out a water (and wasn't that a riot.)
He didn't mean for this kid to attach himself to him like a barnacle.
He didn't mean to accidentally start to like hanging with the damn kid.
And he sure as hell didn't know how the fuck to feel when he discovered the kid wasn't even part Atlantean at all.
(In which Arthur Curry sort of becomes Percy Jackson's mentor figure, accidental babysitter, and cool older brother. Oh, and Percy is sort of Atlantis's version of Jesus, but that's another story.)

There were some days that Harriet really despised being Harriet Potter.
She really did have the worst luck.
Fresh from defeating Voldemort and finally uncovering the full extent of her inheritance, Harriet moves into Black Castle, the ancestral seat of House Black and what would have been a really convenient place to hide out in during the war had Dumbledore or literally anyone else thought to inform her of its existence. Well, she has it now and what child who lived in a cupboard under the stairs until they were eleven wouldn't move into a castle if given the chance.
But then, Potter luck strikes again, and she finds herself, her castle, and her house elves transported to the northernmost Kingdom of Westeros, where she may or may not become pivotal in altering the outcome of the Game of Thrones and the 'other' threat massing in the True North.- Language:

Summary
Sirius can't leave his goddaughter Harriet alone in the destroyed cottage, it's too dangerous, even if the Headmaster is probably on his way right now. But he also can't wait any longer, Peter's apparition trail is starting to fade, and he needs to catch the traitorous rat, needs to kill him.
But maybe there's a way.
Sirius' parents are dead, and Grimmauld Place is empty.
- "This is Harriet Potter, Dorea's blood," he said, watching his goddaughter, as Kreacher muttered something about mudbloods, "you will bring her to Grimmauld Place. You will treat her and care for her as if she was an heir of House Black."
Ok, good, she'll be safe there, and as soon as I'm done, I'll immediately pick her up and bring her to my home in Worcestershire. -
