Summary
Iruka had just gotten used to being the focus of Hatake Kakashi’s incredibly intense attention (and had even allowed himself the fanciful notion that the famous Copy-Nin might like him romantically) when Kakashi was captured after a mission.
Kakashi returned to the village fundamentally changed. Rumors swirled that Kakashi had finally lost it, that he was off active duty, that he was jumping at shadows.
Kakashi was avoiding Iruka, only coming to him in moments of great anguish, but Iruka wouldn’t allow Kakashi to suffer alone, or run away from their blooming relationship.

Summary
After dating for several months, Kakashi finally decides to reveal his face to Iruka.
“Is something wrong? Are you upset?” Iruka asked, his back still turned to Kakashi.
Kakashi shook his head. Realizing Iruka couldn’t see him, Kakashi said, “no.”
Iruka reached his hand back, nearly knocking over the teapot and several bottles of condiments as he grasped blindly for Kakashi’s hand. He caught it. “You’re shaking,” he said. Concern made his voice go higher. “What is it? Are you alright? Pull your mask up so I can see you.” He squeezed Kakashi’s hand.
Pull your mask up so I can see you.
Trust Iruka to say something so devastatingly sweet. How could Kakashi ever be afraid to show his face to this man? Trust was an act of love and Kakashi loved Iruka.
“Close your eyes,” Kakashi said.
“Kakashi,” Iruka said, and Kakashi could tell from the way his jaw shifted that he was frowning.
“Close your eyes and turn to face me,” Kakashi said. He was embarrassed by the small catch in his throat as he said, “keep them closed until I say.”

Summary
“Have you ever heard of hanahaki disease, Naruto?” Jiraiya asked.
The kid’s face scrunched up as he went back into the recesses of his mind to see if he could dredge anything up. It didn’t take long, maybe because there wasn’t much there. The kid was a moron, a brilliant moron in his way, but a moron nonetheless.“Hakitaki disease? No," Naruto said.
“Hanahaki disease,” Jiraiya said. “Sometimes, when someone loves another person and doesn’t know if the other person loves them back they start coughing up petals, then full blooms, then the flowers take root in the lungs and--" he hesitated. "They die."After being diagnosed with hanahaki, Naruto goes on a mission to find Sasuke and confess his feelings to try and cure the disease, as the only other option is a surgery that would render him incapable of loving anyone. The mission fails and a weakened Naruto is captured by Danzo and forced to get the surgery so the village doesn't lose a valuable asset.
What will Sasuke do when he finds out Naruto's love was taken from him, and what will he do to fix it?

Naruto wants to try pet names for each other, Sasuke is not on board.
“Please?” Naruto said. “Like would you think about it at least?!”
Sasuke always added a mental exclamation point to everything Naruto said and it was usually warranted, the guy had no concept of an indoor voice. It was one of the millions of annoying things Naruto did that Sasuke secretly found endearing. Since they’d been together, Sasuke had been trying his best not keep those feelings quite so secret.
In the past, Sasuke had done such a good job hiding his feelings for Naruto that he’d actually ended up burying them instead, but Naruto had excavated them, digging his hands bloody when his shovel broke. So Sasuke owed his loser some long overdue affection.
But there had to be limits.

Summary
Sanji used to think getting shot by Cupid’s arrow would be a beautiful ordeal, but he gets to know that Cupid is a stupid cunt and the whole experience sucks. He can't pull the shitty arrow out of his heart no matter how hard he tries. So he does the next best thing and kicks Zoro squarely in the chest.
