For a split second, the lights dimmed and everyone was gone. It was just him there, all alone in the midst of his own home, feeling trapped more than anything. For a split second, the silence was almost suffocating, tearing his lungs apart from the inside, and he was standing there, utterly alone as red trails down from his wrist.
For a split second, he was back there again, in that horrible, horrible memory - in that night that he just wants to forget about.

“Obito please…,” pleaded Kakashi after a second of no respond from his childhood best-friend. The raven haired man only tilted his head a bit to the side to glance at Kakashi. His cold eye locked with Kakashi’s sad ones.
The younger teen looked like he wanted to pour his heart out but nothing came out. As if something was constricting his throat. So when there’s no more words from Kakashi, Obito shrugged his hand free then shoved it into his jeans pocket before walking away.
Kakashi’s eyes widened, his hand still hanging in the air started to tremble. He so desperately wanted to chase that broad back but his legs were so heavy and he was glued to his spot with his tongue tied. There’s this suffocating feeling squeezing his heart as he let Obito walked away from his sight. Once the older man was finally gone, Kakashi’s knees buckled and he slumped to the floor while clutching his chest. He ignored the burn stinging his eyes as he let out a painful sobs.His tears ran down his covered cheeks again for the first time after 9 years.
